Welcome to "SIHOO Intelligent" (referring to SIHOO's products and mobile applications (APP), hereinafter referred to as "SIHOO Intelligent")! This policy applies to personal information (defined below) processed (including collection, use, sharing, transfer, disclosure, etc.) by Shenzhen Sihoo Intelligent Home Co., Ltd., its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively referred to as "SIHOO", "Company", or "Our") through SIHOO Intelligent.

In order to better protect your personal information, it is recommended that you carefully read the updated "SIHOO Intelligent Privacy Policy" ("this Policy"), especially the terms in bold black, to understand what information we will collect from you and how we will use this information, and ensure that you fully understand and agree before starting to use it. When you agree to this policy, it means that you have agreed that we will process your relevant information in accordance with this policy. Unless you have read and accepted all the terms of this policy, you should not use SIHOO Intelligent.
This policy applies to, including but not limited to, personal information that you actively provide during the use of SIHOO Intelligent services or generated due to product/service needs. However, this policy does not apply to the use of your personal information by a third party. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with the corresponding privacy policy before providing information to the third party.
If you have any objections or questions about the terms of this policy, you can communicate with us through the contact information published in Article 11 of this policy, "How to Contact Us". If you disagree with the content of the privacy agreement or have any questions about the content and prompt information of the privacy agreement, you should immediately stop and exit the use of the services involved in the service agreement or privacy agreement. However, if you click to agree or continue to use the services involved in the service agreement or privacy agreement, it means that you have agreed to accept the entire content of the privacy agreement, and SIHOO Intelligent is deemed to have obtained your authorization.

1. Relevant definitions
1.1 Personal information: Personal information is various information related to an identified or identifiable natural person recorded electronically or otherwise, excluding information after anonymization.
1.2 Sensitive personal information: refers to personal information that, once leaked or illegally used, is likely to infringe on the personal dignity of a natural person or endanger personal or property safety. This policy includes: personal physiological health information (12 physical indicators such as weight, body fat, height, etc.), precise positioning information, information on minors under 18 years old (inclusive), etc.
1.3 Anonymization: Through technical processing of personal information, the subject of personal information cannot be identified and cannot be restored after processing.
1.4 De-identification: Refers to the process of technically processing personal information so that it cannot be identified or associated with the subject of the personal information without the help of additional information.
2. How we collect and use personal information
We process the personal information you actively provide during the use of the service or generated due to the needs of the product/service in accordance with laws and regulations and the principles of legitimacy, legality, necessity, openness, transparency and "minimization", and inform you of the purpose and scope of use of the relevant personal information. If we intend to use your personal information for other purposes not specified in this policy, or use the collected information for other purposes based on specific purposes, we will promptly inform you in a reasonable manner and obtain your consent again before use.
The types of your personal information we collect and use include:
2.1 Information required for basic business functions: This information is necessary for the normal operation of the product/service, and you must authorize us to collect it. If you refuse to provide it, you will not be able to use our products/services normally.
2.2 Information that may need to be collected for extended business functions: This information is required for non-basic business functions, and you can choose whether to authorize us to collect it. If you refuse to provide it, the additional functions will not be implemented or the effects we intend to achieve will not be achieved, but it will not affect your normal use of the basic business functions.
In addition, you understand and agree that we hope to provide you with perfect products and services, so we will continue to improve our products and services, including technology, which means that we may frequently launch new business functions, which may require the collection of new personal information or change the purpose or method of using personal information. If a function or product/service that requires the collection of your personal information is not described in this policy, we will separately explain to you the purpose, content, method of use and scope of the information collection by updating this policy, email, mobile phone text messages, APP pop-up windows, APP notification bar message push, etc., and provide you with a way to choose consent on your own, and collect it after obtaining your explicit consent. We will process the following types of your personal information for the following purposes:
2.2.1 User registration and login: When you create an account at SIHOO Intelligent, in order to become our member so that we can provide you with member services, you need to provide (1) mobile phone number; and create (2) user name and (3) password. When you use SIHOO Intelligent, in order to maintain your basic information and improve your service experience, you need to choose to fill in and/or complete the necessary information for the service, which may include your email address, nickname, etc. If you do not provide this information, it will not affect your use of the basic business functions of SIHOO Intelligent.
2.2.2 Use, control and management functions of SIHOO ergonomic intelligent chair: In order to provide you with the use, control and management functions of SIHOO ergonomic intelligent chair, we need to collect your SIHOO Intelligent account to complete user security verification. We also need to collect your precise positioning information and obtain the MAC address of the nearby SIHOO ergonomic intelligent chair under your SIHOO Intelligent account to complete the intelligent matching of SIHOO Intelligent with the device. We also need to obtain the name, device information, status information, etc. of the SIHOO ergonomic intelligent chair under your SIHOO Intelligent account, so that you can control and manage the corresponding device through SIHOO Intelligent, set its properties and parameters, view its working status and history records, etc.
2.2.3 Vital sign analysis and tracking function: To manage your health information, we will collect the human physical sign information generated by your use of Sihoo Intelligent, including information generated by Sihoo ergonomic intelligent chairs such as weight, fat rate, muscle rate, visceral fat index, basal metabolic rate, water rate, protein rate, bone mass, etc. You can track your physical signs in real time through Sihoo intelligent, observe your physical signs in real time, and quickly understand the changes in your physical health status. We will also analyze the measured information and provide you with reasonable health advice after analyzing these data. This information is sensitive personal information and is necessary to complete the physical sign analysis and tracking functions. You can choose not to provide it, but you will not be able to use the relevant functions normally.
2.2.4 Family member management: In order to manage the physical health of your family members, you can choose to add your family members to Sihoo Intelligent. We will collect the personal information of the family members you added, including name, age, height, gender, etc. Please fill in the relevant personal information after obtaining the consent of the family member. When you fill in the personal information of the family member, it means that you and the family member have agreed that we process the relevant personal information in accordance with this policy. If you or your family members do not agree to provide this information, you may not be able to use the family member management service we provide, but it will not affect your normal use of other services we provide.
2.2.5 Related websites: If you are an Apple mobile phone user, you can choose to synchronize the human body sign information generated by using Sihoo Intelligent to Apple Health and Samsung Health. The above-mentioned related websites may have different privacy protection measures from ours. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with the corresponding privacy policies before providing information to such related websites.
2.2.6 During your use of our products/services, in order to provide you with a page display that better meets your needs, we may automatically collect your usage and store it as network log information, and collect your page clicks, browsing and other specific operations such as the number and duration of buried points through buried points.
2.2.7 Message notifications: In our operations, we may send multiple types of notifications through your email, mobile phone text messages, APP pop-ups, APP notification bar message push, etc., for user message notification, identity verification, security verification, user experience research, etc.; if you do not want to accept this information, you can communicate with us through the contact information published in Article 11 of this policy "How to Contact Us".
2.2.8 Improving our services: In order to better understand your opinions and suggestions on Sihoo Intelligent's products/services and improve the quality of our products/services, we may send/provide you with questionnaires, interview you, etc. through email, mobile phone text messages, APP pop-up windows, APP notification bar message push, etc. with your consent. When you fill in the questionnaire/accept the interview, you need to provide different categories of your personal information depending on the type of questionnaire/interview. If you do not want to provide the above personal information, you can refuse to fill in the questionnaire/accept the interview.
In the process of your use of our services, in order to identify abnormal account status, understand product adaptability, provide you with basic services such as browsing, ensure the normal operation of services, and optimize service experience, we may directly or indirectly collect, store information about the services you use and how you use them, and associate this information, including log information and device information. In order to collect the above personal device information, we will apply for permission to access your device information.
In order to conduct data analysis and research and improve the products/services we provide to you, we may collect relevant information when you interact with the Sihoo Intelligent Platform. Such information may include: your IP address, APP operation records, and mobile device information.
2.2.9 Security assurance and operation and maintenance services: In order to meet the basic requirements of laws and regulations such as the Cybersecurity Law and provide services, and to ensure the security of your account and system operation, we will collect relevant information generated during your use of our products and/or services, including:
2.2.9.1 When you use licensed software and related services, we will receive and record information about the device you use and its location based on the specific permissions you grant during software installation and use, including your mobile phone or computer hardware model, operating system version number, browser type, list of installed applications on your mobile phone, International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI), network device hardware address (MAC), IP address, software version number, network access method and type, and operation log information. Please understand that this information is the basic information that we must collect when providing services and ensuring the normal operation of products and updating licensed software.
2.2.9.2 When you use Sihoo Intelligent Services to manage your bound smart electronic hardware devices, we will automatically receive and record information about the relevant devices, including type, model, firmware number, MAC address, system version number and system settings. We rely on this information to provide you with services and ensure the safe operation of your device; for example, when the system is set to allow automatic device upgrades (this setting may be enabled by default on some devices), we will automatically install and run the upgrade package for you when it is available to ensure that your device is always effectively compatible with the licensed software you use.
2.2.9.3 To help us better understand the operation of the licensed software and related services, so as to ensure the safety of operation and service provision, we may record network log information, as well as the frequency of using the software and related services, crash data, overall installation, usage, performance data and other information.
2.2.9.4 Our products integrate Umeng+SDK, and Umeng+SDK needs to collect device identifiers (IMEI/device Mac address/android ID/ID-FA/OPENUDID/GUID, SIM card IMSI information/ICCID), software installation lists, and uniquely identify devices in order to push messages to target devices. Collect geographic location to identify push channels and improve the regional coverage of message push.
2.2.10 Sihoo intelligent Permission Calling Instructions: In order to provide you with the services you choose to use, or to ensure the quality and experience of the services, some functions provided by Sihoo intelligent may require you to authorize the opening of operating system permissions. If you do not agree to authorize Sihoo intelligent APP to obtain relevant operating system permissions, it will not affect your use of the basic business functions we provide (except for the necessary operating system permissions such as Bluetooth permissions that the basic business functions rely on), but you may not be able to obtain the user experience brought to you by the extended business services.
2.2.10.1 Bluetooth permissions (Android, iOS versions): We need you to authorize us to access your Bluetooth permissions to search and connect to nearby Sihoo ergonomic intelligent chairs.
2.2.10.2 Location permissions (Android version, iOS version): We need you to authorize us to access your location permissions to search for nearby Sihoo ergonomic intelligent chairs and search for nearby WiFi hotspots to complete network configuration and add smart devices.
2.2.10.3 Camera permissions (Android version, iOS version): We need you to authorize us to access your camera permissions to scan QR codes to add smart devices.
2.2.10.4 Album permissions (Android version, iOS version): We need you to authorize us to access your album permissions for viewing and storing videos and pictures.
2.2.10.5 Read and write mobile phone storage (Android): read photos and files on the device, change avatars, and send feedback pictures or videos.
2.2.10.6 Connect to nearby devices (Android 12 and above): Discover and connect to nearby devices. Android 12 and above devices are used to connect to smart devices.
2.2.10.7 Calendar permissions (Android version, iOS version): We need you to authorize us to access your system calendar permissions to add reminders to the system calendar.
3. How we use cookies and similar technologies
Cookies and similar technologies are common technologies on the Internet. When you use Sihoo Intelligent and related services, we may use related technologies to send one or more cookies or anonymous identifiers to your device to collect and store information when you visit and use this product. We use cookies and similar technologies mainly to achieve the following functions or services:
3.1 Ensure the safe and efficient operation of products and services: We may set authentication and security cookies or anonymous identifiers to enable us to confirm whether you have logged into the service safely or whether you have encountered illegal activities such as theft or fraud. These technologies will also help us improve service efficiency and login and response speed.
3.2 Help you get an easier access experience: Using such technologies can help you save the steps and processes of repeatedly filling in your personal information and entering search content (for example: achieving a one-click login process and recording search history).
We promise that Sihoo Intelligent's research on information collected by cookies and related technologies will only be used for the purpose of improving service/product quality and optimizing user experience, and we will not use it for any purpose other than the purposes stated in this policy. In addition, for third-party service providers who connect their services to our products or services, if they also collect your personal information through cookies and similar technologies, we will make commercial best efforts to constrain them and require them to comply with the application requirements of cookies and related technologies under this policy.
4. SDK Technology
In order to ensure the stable operation and function realization of our mobile client, so that you can enjoy and use more services and functions, our application will embed the SDK of third-party partners or other similar applications.
We will conduct strict security tests on the application program interface (API) and software tool development kit (SDK) used by third-party partners to obtain relevant information, and agree with authorized partners on strict personal information protection measures to process personal information in accordance with this policy and any other relevant confidentiality and security measures. Please refer to Annex 1 "Instructions on the Collection and Use of Information by Third-Party SDK" at the end of this agreement.
In order to help you better understand the rules for the collection and use of third-party SDK information, you can log in or visit the third-party platform to understand its "Privacy Policy".
5. How we process your personal information
5.1 Joint processing and entrusted processing: You fully understand and agree that when providing you with products or services, we will jointly process and entrust your personal information in the following circumstances. Beyond the following circumstances, we will separately ask for your authorization and consent through the notification method described in this policy:
5.1.1 Joint processing: When obtaining your separate consent or in accordance with the "Exceptions to Authorization and Consent" in Section 4 of this Article 5, we may jointly process your information with third-party partners who help us operate, analyze, improve, customize, support and market.
5.1.2 Entrusted processing: Some specific modules and functions in some business functions of Sihoo Intelligent are provided by external suppliers. The third-party partners we entrust to process personal information can only access the information required for them to perform their duties, and we will supervise their entrusted processing activities.
We will only entrust and jointly process your information for the legitimate, legitimate, necessary, specific and clear purposes stated in this policy. We will conduct a reasonable review of the personal information security environment of third-party partners and sign a strict personal information processing agreement with them to ensure that they can only access the information required for them to perform their duties, and require them to take adequate protection measures for your information and strictly comply with relevant laws, regulations and regulatory requirements.
For the name or name of the third-party partner, contact information, processing purpose, processing method and type of personal information, please refer to Appendix 2 "Sihoo Intelligent Personal Information Joint Processing Statement" at the end of this Agreement.
If the agreement between us and the third-party partner on the processing purpose and processing method changes and substantially affects the original processing purpose and processing method, we will obtain your authorization and consent again. If you choose to cancel the authorization, we will stop the service corresponding to the permission.
5.2 Transfer: When obtaining your separate consent or in accordance with Section 4 of this Article 4 "Exceptions to Authorization and Consent", we may transfer your personal information to other companies, organizations or individuals. If a merger, acquisition or bankruptcy liquidation occurs, it may involve the transfer of personal information. In this case, we will require the new company or organization holding your personal information to continue to be bound by this policy. If there is any change in the collection and processing methods of personal information stipulated in this policy, the company or organization will re-ask you for authorization and consent.
5.3 Disclosure: When obtaining your separate consent or in accordance with Section 4 of this Article 4 "Exceptions to Authorization and Consent", we may disclose personal information on the premise of taking security protection measures that meet industry standards. For your personal information that is disclosed, we will carefully review its legitimacy, rationality and legality as soon as possible after receiving the disclosure application, and take the measures described in Article 6 of this Policy to protect it when and after disclosure.
5.4 Exceptions to Authorization and Consent: Please be aware that according to the provisions of laws and regulations, in the following circumstances, the processing of your personal information does not require your prior authorization and consent:
5.4.1 Directly related to national security and national defense security;
5.4.2 To respond to public health emergencies;
5.4.3 Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial and execution of judgments; or according to the requirements of laws and regulations, administrative agencies or competent authorities such as public security, procuratorial and judicial organs;
5.4.4 Necessary to protect the life, health and property safety of natural persons in an emergency, such as to safeguard the major legal rights and interests of your or other individuals such as life and property, but it is difficult to obtain your consent;
5.4.5 The personal information is disclosed to the public by you or collected from legally disclosed channels (such as legal news reports, government information disclosure channels, etc.);
5.4.6 Necessary according to the signing and performance of relevant agreements or other written documents with you;
5.4.7 Necessary for the performance of statutory duties or obligations.
In addition, in accordance with the aforementioned regulations, there will be no need to separately notify you or obtain your consent when de-identified personal information is provided to external parties and it is ensured that the data recipient cannot restore and re-identify the subject of the personal information.
6. How we store personal information
6.1 Storage location: We will store user personal information collected in China in accordance with laws and regulations. Sihoo Intelligent will not transfer your personal information overseas unless it is required to implement regulations or you have obtained your explicit consent.
6.2 Storage period: We retain your personal information for the shortest period necessary to provide you with products and services. For example, when you use our registration and membership functions, we need to collect your mobile phone number, and after you provide it and during your use of the function, we need to continue to save your mobile phone number to provide you with the function normally and protect your account and system security. We mainly refer to the following standards to determine the storage period of personal information and the longer of them shall prevail:
6.2.1 Complete the transaction purpose related to you, maintain the corresponding transaction and business records, and respond to your possible inquiries or complaints;
6.2.2 Ensure the safety and quality of the products/services we provide to you;
6.2.3 Do you agree to a longer retention period;
6.2.4 Are there other special agreements on the retention period;
6.2.5 The necessary period prescribed by law (for example, the "E-Commerce Law" stipulates that the storage period of product and service information and transaction information shall not be less than three years from the date of completion of the transaction). After the above storage period, we will delete or anonymize your personal information unless it meets the conditions of "Exceptions to Authorization and Consent" in Section 4 of Article 5.
7. How We Protect Your Personal Information
7.1 We have used security protection measures that meet industry standards to protect the personal information you provide and prevent unauthorized access, public disclosure, use, modification, damage or loss of personal information. We will take all reasonable and feasible measures to protect your personal information, including but not limited to:
7.1.1 Our network services adopt technologies such as transmission security protocols to ensure the security of user data during transmission.
7.1.2 Encrypt and save user personal information through encryption technology and isolate it through isolation technology.
7.1.3 When using personal information, such as displaying personal information and calculating the association of personal information, we will use a variety of data desensitization technologies including content replacement and encryption desensitization to enhance the security of personal information during use.
7.1.4 Establish a strict data use and access system, adopt strict data access permission control and multiple identity authentication technologies to protect personal information and prevent data from being used in violation of regulations. We only allow authorized personnel to access personal information and require them to fulfill the corresponding confidentiality obligations.
7.1.5 Take special data and technical security audits, and establish multiple measures such as log audits and behavior audits.
7.2 After an unfortunate personal information security incident occurs, we will promptly inform you of the following in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations: the basic situation and possible impact of the security incident, the disposal measures we have taken or will take, your suggestions for self-prevention and risk reduction, and your remedial measures. We will promptly inform you of the relevant circumstances of the incident by email, mobile phone text messages, APP pop-up windows, APP notification bar message push, etc. When it is difficult to inform the personal information subject one by one, we will take reasonable and effective ways to issue announcements. At the same time, we will also proactively report the disposal of personal information security incidents in accordance with the requirements of the regulatory authorities.
7.3 Although the above reasonable and effective measures have been taken and the standards required by relevant laws and regulations have been complied with, we still cannot guarantee the security of your information when it is communicated through unsafe channels. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you take active measures to ensure the security of your information, such as: setting complex passwords, changing passwords regularly, not disclosing your account passwords and other information to others, and using information sharing or sharing functions with caution. In addition, you should understand that when your information is leaked due to your personal disposal behavior (such as sharing, etc.), Sihoo Intelligent will only bear limited legal liability in accordance with the effective judicial judgment.
8. How we manage your personal information
8.1 Access and update: We encourage you to update and modify your information to make it more accurate and effective. We will take appropriate action settings, guides or provide contact channels for submitting applications to ensure that you can access, update and correct your information or other information provided when using Sihoo Intelligent as much as possible.
If you want to access, update and correct some of your information, you can log in to your personal account and visit your account settings page to view and change your account profile information. You can also contact us for processing through the contact information published in Article 11 of this Policy "How to Contact Us". Unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations, when you correct your personal information, we may not immediately correct or delete the corresponding information from the backup system, but will correct or delete the information when the backup is updated.
8.2 Change the scope of your authorization or withdraw your authorization: You can change the scope of your authorization for us to continue to collect personal information or withdraw your authorization by deleting information, turning off device functions, etc. You can withdraw all authorizations for us to continue to collect your personal information by canceling your account. Please understand that each business function requires some basic personal information to complete. When you withdraw your consent or authorization, we will no longer be able to provide you with the services corresponding to the withdrawal of consent or authorization, and we will no longer process your personal information. However, your decision to withdraw your consent or authorization will not affect the collection, processing and use of information previously authorized by you.
8.3 Cancellation and Deletion: We provide you with the cancellation and deletion function for your registered account. In compliance with the terms of the service agreement and relevant national laws and regulations, you can log in to your personal account and visit your account settings page to delete your account by yourself. When your account is logged in, the account cancellation path is: My-Settings-Account and Security-Cancel Account. You can also submit a request to delete your account by sending a request to the customer service email support@sihoo.cn.
In the following circumstances, you can make a request to us to delete personal information:
8.3.1. If our handling of personal information violates laws and regulations;
8.3.2. If we collect and use your personal information without your consent;
8.3.3. If our handling of personal information violates the agreement with you;
8.3.4. If you no longer use our products/services, or you cancel your account;
8.3.5. If we no longer provide you with products/services.
If we decide to respond to your deletion request, we will also notify the entities that obtained your personal information from us and request them to delete it in a timely manner, unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations or these entities obtain your independent authorization. After you or we assist you in deleting the relevant information, due to applicable laws and regulations and security technologies, we may not be able to immediately delete the corresponding information from the backup system. We will safely store your personal information and will not further process it until the backup can be cleared or anonymized.
9. Protection of Minors
Sihoo intelligent's products/services are not intended for use exclusively by minors. Minors should obtain the consent of their guardians before using our products/services.
If you are a minor, before using our products/services, you should read this policy together with your guardian under the supervision and guidance of your guardian, and you should use our products/services and submit personal information with the explicit consent and guidance of your guardian. We protect the personal information of minors in accordance with the provisions of relevant national laws and regulations, and will only process the personal information of minors when permitted by laws and regulations and with the explicit consent of the guardian.
If you are the guardian of a minor, when you have questions about the personal information of the minor you are protecting, you can communicate with us through the contact information disclosed in Article 11 of this policy "How to Contact Us" to resolve them. If we find that we have collected the personal information of minors without obtaining the verifiable guardian's consent in advance, we will delete the relevant personal information as soon as possible.
10. Revision and Update of This Policy
In order to provide you with better services, we may modify the terms of this policy in a timely manner according to the update of Sihoo intelligent's products/services and the relevant requirements of laws and regulations, and publish any modifications to this policy on this page, which constitutes part of this policy. For major changes, we will also provide more prominent notifications (including email, mobile phone text messages, APP pop-ups, APP notification bar message push or other methods). Major changes referred to in this policy include but are not limited to:
10.1 Major changes in our service model. Such as the purpose of processing personal information, the type of personal information processed, the way personal information is used, etc.;
10.2 We have major changes in the ownership structure. Such as changes in owners caused by business adjustments, bankruptcy and mergers and acquisitions, etc.;
10.3 Major changes in the main objects of personal information sharing, transfer or public disclosure;
10.4 Major changes in your rights to participate in personal information processing and the way they are exercised;
10.5 Major changes in our responsible department, contact information and complaint channels for handling personal information security;
10.6 When the personal information security impact assessment report indicates a high risk;
10.7 Other important or potentially serious situations that may seriously affect your personal rights and interests.
If you do not agree to such changes, you can choose to stop using Sihoo Intelligent Services; if you continue to use Sihoo Intelligent Services, it means that you have fully read, understood and agreed to be bound by the revised policy. Any changes we make will put your satisfaction first. We encourage you to review this policy every time you use Sihoo Intelligent Services.
We may issue service-related announcements when necessary (for example, when we suspend, change, or terminate a service due to system maintenance). If you do not want to continue to receive our push messages, you can ask us to stop pushing them, for example: ask us to stop sending promotional text messages according to the SMS unsubscription guide, or set up your mobile device to stop receiving our push messages; but we do not send messages in accordance with legal provisions or service agreements.
